We take on of the responsibility of providing contract and warranty service
We will review your existing installation warranties and service provider agreement (if you still have one) to identify any areas of overlap in responsibility or conflicts that may arise from switching solar service providers.
On-Site assessment
As part of our contract services, we perform a baseline physical assessment of your system including all equipment, electrical connections and output, and monitoring equipment and connectivity.
Identification
We will identify potential areas of concern, items needing replacement, and issues we foresee. We will work with you and your budget to plot a path to address these items efficiently.
Monitoring
Depending on how your system is currently being monitored remotely, we will either:
- Connect to your existing system with credentials that you can provide
- Work with your existing monitoring platform to turn over monitoring responsibility to us
- Install new monitoring equipment and software to your system

After all the details and configurations above are resolved, we will establish a schedule with you that includes all services, expectations, and terms.
Pricing is based on the system size as well as frequency of visits.
